They are tracking 20M properties.... Interesting.
There are supposedly a total of 145M housing units in the US.
It's almost like we're being lied to about why houses cost so much money. Why the rent is too damn high. And all we had to do this entire time is make AirBNB and VRBO illegal?
Not all 20M properties are active, around 7M are considered active and open to guests.
