Right this second I have it at 200%, but I've been having some vision issues and will soon be having corrective surgery on both of my eyes. Hopefully once that is done, I won't need such a high zoom level (and/or reading glasses) anymore.
That depends on the used browser and installed fonts, and probably operating system too.
I'm using 150%, while the 24" screen is at arms length, and an additional full hand away. About 110 to 120cm, I guess?
My defaults are still at 100%, though I go to 110 or 120 more and more, sometimes 133 to 150, but that tends to cause reflow. It's mostly 'mobile first' crap, for ppl used to read from the equivalent of a cashiers strip. shrug
edit: With vertical tabs this looks very acceptable.
Same here, 133%. HN's design if from a time when people used 15", 1024x768 resolution

On desktop on 133% at the moment. Can tolerate 120%, but the default is too small of a text size for me.
I dunno.. but I pres CTRL + 5 times in Brave Browser
160% on 32'' 4K monitor.
150%-170% on desktop monitors.
