a few days - making a good website, focusing on SEO (which feeds into LLMs now) was the main thing that worked! Lots of people were looking for my product so organic search ended up making sense. At some point you see diminishing returns though so it can be harder scaling marketing than actually starting it in the first place. Making the freemium funnel strong has been very worthwhile too to get the conversion rates up.
I've done a bunch of other things like organic socials, retargeting ads, paid influencers, and events but results haven't been as good with those
