This is going to mean that demonetization decisions will have to be fully automated, and not reviewed by a human at YouTube.

I wonder how different the internet would look these days without Section 230.
Does Section 230 still hold if the platform transforms your content to target audience? YT does automagically switch thumbnails for AI hallucinated ones, adds video effects, filters, force translates your content.
