Who would want to pass up the opportunity to have a picture of a frowning old man on their passport for 10 years.
I'll be really curious to learn, over the years, at which countries possession of that passport results in mistreatment.
Seems like an obvious target for a bit of creativity and a permanent marker when a US citizen who's lucky enough to have one of these new passports is travelling abroad.
