It seems premature to declare this resolved when an EU official told the press they welcome and will monitor the changes. To put this into perspective, last December when Meta announced a similar step towards compliance they said practically the same thing. I think actual confirmed compliance would have some official statement unambiguously to that effect, if only to mark the end of their long-running investigation into noncompliance.
