Curious how it actually is. Most people seem to do fine with Acesulfam K or Aspartam both of which even very low doses mess up my tummy, same as sucralose and Stevia where I can at least consume small amounts from time to time.
For me the safest bet still is sugar, but the industry is not making it easy for me. And it seems to get harder every year.
Especially on holidays in sugar taxed countries ...
