Is this how politics works in the US? You hire the daughter of a prominent politician to get ahead?
Replace hire with marry and this is *exactly* what politics was globally for all of human history.
This is not something "behind us" btw.
I think the democrats are just little behind the times. It is getting ease to just make direct payments to politicians theses days.
