I quit and taught outdoor activities (sailing, scuba-diving, etc) for a while.
It was a nice break. I came back to IT to be able to afford a house and a comfortable lifestyle.
I'll probably go back to outdoor activities when financial constraints are easier to let loose.
I gave up tech stuff in 2021 and never looked back till recently. I did a lot of odd jobs and settled on doing dishes since it is fun work and there are a few restaurants in walking distance from my house.
