The tile should say “coke” instead of “coal”. The largest US coal producer is in Wyoming, not Alabama where this facility is located.
It was an "innocent typo" designed for perfect rage bait.
Coke is worse than coal. Coke is also made from coal, so it actually is plausible that people shorthand the two together.
what a non-story, who cares? goto the county courthouse, pay the $10, and renew it.
it's even less of a story as, someone stood up at a board meating and incanted "MAGA OMNI Ultitrump padre sanctus" with some secret hand waving signs ,now they are salivating hoping for someone to file a complaint
