This is well done. Small bit of feedback: Consider adding an option to stop the TV from hovering and oscillating as its kind of distracting. I didn’t see one, but I may have missed it.
I've seen some really fantastic retro VR experiences where it simulates a quintessential 90s bedroom where you can have various MP4 files represented as VHS tapes, and insert them into the VHS player. You also have a console and a television that can be linked to YouTube videos, etc. Random demo of one of the more popular ones, called EmuVR.
And yeah, if Apple had launched the Vision Pro with something like EmuVR, increased the FOV to something close to 180 degrees, and not made it cost a entire quart of my blood, I very probably would have bought one.
Hi HN, I love building nostalgic things in my spare time, so I created this project to recreate the experience of channel surfing through television history, with a focus on music.

Great feedback, Thanks! ( There isn't a option to disable that motion so I'll add it ) EmuVR looks pretty sweet.
Sounds good!

Done! ( Added a Floatiness setting to the TV Help/Guide )
I hear you! I barely use my Quest3 now so it's really difficult to justify paying so much more for that.
