Why in the hell would you use agents to test user experience. That's next level incompetence.
The more you read the tweets and side convos the more insane it gets. Crazy law enforcement isn't involved.
This is after their systems were compromised a couple weeks ago.
The victim here should really press charges / lawsuit and get some damn precedence on the books for this kind of thing already.
Just get the agent to file it
