I started my career in industrial equipment testing and gradually moved toward product design and improvement. Over the years, I’ve developed a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of how individual components interact under constant use. When I joined Vendland, I was drawn to the challenge of transforming complex technology into something intuitive and dependable. My work focuses on field testing, mechanical adjustments, and long-term performance analysis to make sure every unit we launch is flawless.
Working in Tyumen(Russia) gives me a practical perspective on engineering — a city that values hard work and technical excellence. Every new project begins in our test facility, where I simulate real-world conditions to identify weaknesses and refine solutions. Whether optimizing brewing mechanisms or improving machine software, I always look for ways to extend durability and simplify maintenance.
What I enjoy most about my work is teamwork. Engineering is never done alone — it’s about collaboration and communication. I work closely with designers, setup specialists, and repair teams to turn feedback into measurable improvements. Seeing a machine go from prototype to production, knowing it will serve thousands of people daily, is deeply rewarding.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, metalwork, and photography. These hobbies remind me that both nature and engineering share the same principle: balance and precision.
