We’re seeking a hands-on founding CTO to lead development of our mobile and web platform and assemble a small engineering team. Relevant experience includes healthcare integrations, secure video, AI-assisted matching and documentation, and building systems that meet HIPAA security requirements.
We are only considering candidates who currently live in the Metro Detroit area or are willing to relocate here.
TheraPlug is pre-funding. This opportunity initially offers equity with no salary, with a planned transition to paid employment once funding supports payroll. Equity terms, responsibilities, and time commitments will be agreed upon in writing.
